Hi I’m Brianna,
After having my third baby, I found myself experiencing emotions I never expected; Feeling lost in the life I'd created, struggling with how I looked, and feeling constantly drained. I know how it can feel being a mother while trying to prioritise yourself and during this time when I was at my heaviest, I realised something had to change before I went to a darker place. I juggled countless responsibilities and found myself making excuses to stay within my comfort zone, deep down I knew I needed to break past that mental barrier to reach the happiness I deserved.
My journey started with small steps and each goal I achieved no matter how big or small, fuelled my determination. Although despite my efforts, I still struggled to find a program that understood my capabilities as a mum who worked full-time.
I founded Mindset to Movement to empower women like you in finding fulfilment in every aspect of life. I've combined my experience as a social worker and my fitness certifications to help women through transformations beyond physical appearance.
