Our Standard Online Coaching focuses on giving you a structure to your training with a program personalised to your experience, lifestyle and life capacity.

    In June last year I was desperately unhappy with my body. I was tired, lethargic and cranky. I knew that I needed to do something but even though I had a basic idea what I needed to do I still wasn’t able to stick to a plan that was realistic for my goals or lifestyle. I happened to stumble across M2M and I realised pretty quickly that her values aligned with mine and I bravely took the step to reach out. I am so glad that I did! Brianna soon worked out where I was in my journey and worked with me to understand the challenges as a working mum of 3 young boys, my current mindset and my past experience on the ‘diet/exercise’ journey. Brianna worked with me to slowly change my mindset, to work on my self love and to be consistent and kind to myself throughout the process (all without telling me that she was doing that!). Fast forward 9 months and I have lost over 6kg and am at the lowest scale weight since being a teenager!! But for me, more importantly I am consistent with my nutrition but flexible enough to fit in social activities with my family and friends. I am consistent with regular workouts and cannot underestimate the impact this has on my mental health. I am more active than I have been in a long time (hello bike rides with the boys and getting into the pool in my bathers without being self conscious) and I am learning to love my body and all that it has done and continues to do for me.     I have been thinking heaps about the work you do and cannot thank you enough for what you’ve done for me! My body has changed a bit but my head has changed so much more!! I look at food differently, Ben and I plan our meals differently, I choose things when I’m out differently, and I’ve stopped looking at my life as a waiting for my diet and exercise plan to start tomorrow and instead as an ongoing lifestyle with some occasional cheat days or weeks but I keep coming back to the same baseline of eating better and exercising regularly. Hi I’m Brianna,

After having my third baby, I found myself experiencing emotions I never expected; Feeling lost in the life I'd created, struggling with how I looked, and feeling constantly drained. I know how it can feel being a mother while trying to prioritise yourself and during this time when I was at my heaviest, I realised something had to change before I went to a darker place. I juggled countless responsibilities and found myself making excuses to stay within my comfort zone, deep down I knew I needed to break past that mental barrier to reach the happiness I deserved.

My journey started with small steps and each goal I achieved no matter how big or small, fuelled my determination. Although despite my efforts, I still struggled to find a program that understood my capabilities as a mum who worked full-time.

I founded Mindset to Movement to empower women like you in finding fulfilment in every aspect of life. I've combined my experience as a social worker and my fitness certifications to help women through transformations beyond physical appearance.
